This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in the gaming or marketing industries is preferred.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:– Sales Support: Assist with daily sales operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and managing sales calendars.– Client Communication: Act as the liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.– Data Management: Maintain accurate sales databases, using Excel to track performance and generate reports.– Issue Resolution: Monitor ongoing negotiations and contracts, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.– Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver professional sales reports and commercial proposals on time.Key Skills:-Experience in sales, client management, commercial knowledge, industry experience, and building commercial relationships with clients– Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.– Sales Administration: Strong ability to manage sales tasks and client interactions.– Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication.– Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.– Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.Laguages:– Fluent in Portuguese and English.
