Descrição da Vaga: Job Description:Area Scope:Case Managers (CM) ensure optimal Accountable Client Owner (ACO) and Client onboarding experience. Responsible for the management and coordination of Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence activities for new and existing client relationships meeting internal KYC policy and procedural standards and external regulatory requirements. The Client Manager will support the stack of clients aligned to each KYC operations team and ACO managing the client pipeline for the sales desk or business they support. The CM will face directly off to our internal and external clients ensuring we proactively manage our client KYC events and provide transparency to the Business on the progress of their requests. In addition, the role requires subject matter expert (SME) knowledge to ensure the teams continue to operate in line with the Firm’s anti-money laundering (AML) policies.What We Offer You

What You’ll Do
- Detailed initial review of case files, identifying gaps in the front office submission to review new and existing regulatory and KYC requirements, understand the impact, and operationalize
- Responsible for ensuring that cases are prioritized and managed effectively and consistently in line with the agreed process and Service Level Agreement’s; ensuring that all aspects of delivery are running effectively
- Understanding of the risk associated with specific entity / client types and evaluating the case risk as a result
- Manage the relationship between the KYC team and the business through in-person interaction and co-location with deal teams where appropriate based on location. Act as the front office “point person” on behalf of large teams of due diligence analysts based in other locations
- Ability to understand complex AFC rules and related Regulatory, Data standard, and Tax requirements and interpret them well enough to apply to the on boarding process. Manages the function in line with internal policies, guidance, and regulatory requirements; role modeling DB’s values and beliefs
- Fully document all information, findings, and risk assessments.
- Ability to communicate clear and concise requirements with clients and key stakeholders; translating complex policy requirements into simple and easy to understand terms
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client onboarding Directors, Team Leads, Lines of Business, Operations, Audit, Compliance, and Technology to ensure consistent quality delivery
- Appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive client data, including adherence to client confidentiality and data protection rules

Skills You’ll Need
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking sector
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required
- Relevant industry experience in AML/KYC and understanding of Investment Banking products
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working with near and offshore stakeholders
- Proficient with MS Office applications and strong in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree is required
