Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Senior Director, Value Management to our Finance team in São Paulo!The Value Management team at Wellhub focuses on maximizing gross profit while maintaining rapid growth. We aim to enhance long-term unit economics through a comprehensive approach involving clients, subscribers, and partners.The Senior Director of Value Management plays a crucial role in this mission. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost long-term profitability while supporting growth across all Wellhub locations. Reporting to the VP of Value Management, this role involves close collaboration with various teams including Revenue, Product Development, Marketing, and Finance. The primary objective is to optimize client revenue and increase gross profit in every country where Wellhub operates.YOUR IMPACT
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise pricing strategy, considering factors like size, sector, region, and client profile. Define discount and waiver policies that optimize long-term client margins.
- Structure and execute rigorous experimentation to inform pricing decisions and continuously refine our approach
- Provide a data-driven analysis of Wellhub’s competitive pricing position, including the potential impact of pricing changes on growth and gross profit.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Marketing to evolve our enterprise SKU models, ensuring a competitive offering that captures long-term value
- Set a clear vision for profitability and gross profit growth at the client level. Design, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives to achieve these goals.
- Partner with finance and sales operations to establish pricing guidelines and ensure compliance through effective incentives and processes.
- Provide expert guidance on pricing negotiations for deals that fall outside of standard policies.
- Communicate and align our pricing and client margin strategy with all stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of our team’s initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE
- You are a strategic problem solver with a passion for complex challenges.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting or Revenue Management/Pricing is preferred
- You have a proven ability to turn data-driven insights into impactful actions, with a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- A clear and concise communicator, skilled at distilling complex ideas. Experience leading cross-functional projects is essential.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, thriving in a fast-paced environment that embraces change and continuous learning with a growth mindset.
- A natural leader and mentor, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
