If yes, then you might be our new colleague as our new Marketing Coordinator. Our Marketing/Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the brand’s 360-degree marketing efforts, including special projects, branded content, growth metrics, and social media management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and a deep understanding of social media dynamics. Below you will find you main responsibilities:Content Strategy and Distribution

  • Support Multimedia Content Strategy: Assist in shaping the group’s multimedia content strategy.
  • Channel Optimization: Define the best channels for each type of content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Audience Understanding: Understand the different needs of each brand and their audiences.
  • Distribution Strategy: Develop an efficient distribution strategy to maximize engagement and conversion.

Commercial Collaboration

  • Support Commercial Teams: Assist commercial teams in creating valuable content products for sponsors.

Creative Leadership

  • Content Guidelines: Define topics and execution guidelines for all BC-owned content in the region.
  • Content Calendar: Develop an annual content calendar, including special sports events.
  • Scripting: Collaborate with video and editorial teams in script execution.
  • Special Projects: Create and execute special content products owned by BC.

Team Management

  • Content Team Management: Manage the content creation team, including editors, social media managers, and content producers.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide data-based feedback on content performance and suggest future efforts based on insights.

  • Experience: Over 4 years of proven experience in content production and social media management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the sports industry.
  • Social Media Strategy: Strong knowledge of social media strategy, tools, and metrics.
  • Video Production: Proven experience in video production.
  • Marketing Analysis: Solid knowledge of digital marketing performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, SemRush, WebTrends).
  • Trends and Best Practices: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and online measurement.

Academic Background

  • Degree: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Marketing Skills

  • Campaign Management: Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Content Marketing: Competence in developing and managing content marketing strategies.
  • Influence Marketing: Ability to identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Digital Advertising: Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social networks.
