Descrição da Vaga: Description :In the position of Planning Manager you will engage all levels of the organization and guide each functional area in understanding the S&OP (sales and operations planning) process. Facilitate meetings to ensure demand planning, network optimization, and capacity planning goals are on track. Support various projects including monthly demand plans, network and product optimization, integration of new business and new launches.Essential Job Functions:—Conduct demand planning activities with internal sales and marketing teams as well as distributor partners. Develops and maintains working relationships with global supply chain partners. Designs and implements business metrics to monitor, track, and report sourcing project progress.
—Liaise with the different departments and outside stakeholders and partners to follow up on any challenges or discrepancies within the data. Identify areas for performance improvement.
—Coordinate supply plans to fall in line with Company objectives, utilizing local supply chain personnel and functional leaders within our 3rd party operations.
—Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends. Guarantee updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers including availability and production feasibility.
—Responsible for compiling data from different sources, analyzing data, and providing insights. Sales performance indicators analysis including forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF (on-time, in-full), fill rate. Identify trends, risk operations.
—Preparation of a variety of monthly S&OP reports suitable for presentation for senior management, combining demand and supply topics.
—Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes. Ensure sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives.Position Requirements:Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of — Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field of study.
Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in a supervisor or management role.
Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in supply chain management in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Computer Skills Desired: Advance user Microsoft office, Proficiency using SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), Project Management experience.
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English – Spanish preferred.
