Our Challenges:We highly value the quality of our customer journey on our digital platforms, whether through our APIs or applications. We are constantly evolving in this area, and to help us improve even more, we are seeking Product Managers who will be directly responsible for executing our strategy. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle: strategy, prioritization, construction, feedback cycles, operation, and go-to-market.How we work today:

  • Agile, multidisciplinary product-oriented teams;
  • Agile methodology with Lean Startup practices, prototyping, design thinking, hypothesis testing, and metrics orientation;
  • Platform strategy-based products;
  • Solutions launched on web, mobile, and APIs channels;
  • Engineering and design teams dedicated to the product.

You will be responsible for:

  • Our local payment rails
  • Local roadmap vision and execution
  • Managing end to end delivery of new initiatives and maintenance items within Payments and Collections world, including business analysis and testing, as well as identifying and executing against improvements to current features and processes
  • Technology will be your main stakeholder. You will be responsible for your backlog in Jira and you will work closely with them to define requirements, write epics, stories and test books. You will be participating in all the agile ceremonies.
  • Defining, tracking and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and taking decisions and actions based on results
  • Analyze the requirements, implications and opportunities from and new regulations and rulebooks)
  • Keeping up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends in Payments, which will drive your product decisions
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviors, to enable you to design and deliver successful product outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a product role in a high-growth fintech or neobank, OR in software/service company OR in a payment role
  • Experience working with software vendors, payment schemes and banks
  • Hands on experience using Jira
  • Knowledge of all agile ceremonies
  • A deep understanding of Payments schemes and rulebooks, including on international and domestic payment rails (SWIFT, TED, PIX, etc.)
  • A strong focus on the client, and will base decisions on client feedback
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to leadership, business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced/Fluent English
