The work we do here matters.Department Overview The Latin America Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs and tactics across Latin America and the Caribbean to drive demand generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning. The team oversees all regional marketing strategies, development programs, and campaigns including digital, content generation, thought leadership initiatives, account-based marketing, customer experiences & events, and marketing analytics.Job DescriptionLead the marketing activities in the region assigned, being responsible for developing and implementing the direct sales marketing plan in the territory, aligned with the sales team’s priorities.Own and develop the relationship with the local sales team to ensure alignment and marketing plan executionWork closely with the direct sales team to generate an incremental sales pipeline for existing and new products and servicesManage and distribute the territory budget according to the planLead, develop, and follow up ABM (Account-based Marketing) programs with main accounts.Use demand generation tools, resources, and agencies for campaigns, programs, and reporting purposesWork closely with the digital campaign team to create integral programs and demand-generation campaigns aligned with new product launches and sales needsAdapt regional content for local use (as needed)Develop customer case studies to promote portfolio benefits to customers with the support of the customer insights marketing teamPlan, develop, and track events including trade shows, conferences, anniversaries, industry events, technology days, etc.Support direct sales system integrators with marketing programs and training that enable sales and increase partners’ loyalty.Advise other Marketing team members (i.e. Customer Insights, Digital Campaigns Marketing, and Lead Management) on priorities and trends in the territoryStudy and understand legal/regulatory, economic, and any other environmental factor(s) affecting customers in the territoryUnderstand the competitive landscape locally & position Motorola Solutions to compete with other brandsSupport Customer Insights and Product Launch groups with the amplification of regional campaigns locally, and major product launches in the territoryOwn the relationship with local vendors/associations/conferencesElevate the most important/relevant info to be communicated to senior leadershipLook for commonalities in field marketing processes, activities, etc. to leverage best practices across territoriesSupport the global team with the review of catalogs, brochures, spec sheets, presentations, between other resources for Portuguese LACR translationsWork as a ‘Solving for Safer’ brand and narrative ambassador in LACR region ensuring the proper usage of wording and visual resources according to the guidelinesBasic RequirementsProfessional in Marketing or related fields with at least 4 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the technology industryMust be self-starting and self-driven and demonstrate problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functions to deliver the best resultsExtensive knowledge to drive marketing strategic planning and tactical execution.Business and marketing plan development skills including the definition of objectives, tactics, time schedules, budgets, responsibilities, analytics, and measurementsStrong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneouslyYou are metric-driven and can draw insight from complex marketing dataLanguages: Fluent Portuguese and English.
