Descrição da Vaga: MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT: Help the whole team to manage solutions for electrical infrastructure of solar and wind projects, in all stages of development, from conceptual to detailed designs, in narrow collaboration with technical engineering team in Spain. Prepare and monitor RFPs of external design offices managing their performance and quality ensuring project deadlines. Additionally, responsible to develop new optimized processes, methodologies and technical tools.
• SUPPORT TO CONSTRUCTION: Analyse construction electrical detailed designs for substations, transmission lines and solar/wind detailed designs (medium voltage, communications, SCADA solutions, met mast, …), ensuring all EDPR technical specifications, deadlines, costs and Brazilian technical requirements, always seeking for continuous improvements.
• SUPPORT TO REGULATORY: Technical support for all regulatory processes related, for instance, relationship with ONS, ANEEL, EPE and other stakeholders related.
• TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO DEVELOPMENT: Provide technical support to development process, including technical documentation, to assure the best development of those activities.
• BUDGET CONTROL: Guarantee the correct management of engineering substation, OHTL and other contracts, according to the Investment Memo to accomplish the approved profitability of the projects. Control the project engineering budget, keep track of costs incurred and manage the forecast disbursements.
• COMPANY POLICIES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Promote, propose and control best practices of Healthy & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards to assure their application and legal compliance on the development of the business Unit Activities.

REQUIREMENTSACADEMIC SKILLS:

• Electrical Engineering with electrotechnical emphasis or power systems.
• Knowledge of agile project management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in engineering companies dealing with renewable projects, contractors or similar experiences in developers and constructors.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

• English language (Spanish is a plus).
• Avanced Knowledge in Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook), CAD software (AutoCAD civil 3D, Draftsight), programming languages (eg VBA, VBScript, C, Python, R, PowerBI).
• Electricity sector regulatory senior knowledge (regulated/free market generation and ONS

standards). * Previous senior technical experience in development, analysis and execution of low and high voltage (DC/AC) for renewable power plants including: Solar/Wind Farms layouts, PV modules, Trackers, Inverters, energy production simulations, SCADA, low/medium Voltage networks, Substations, strong knowledge in protection, control and supervision, HVTL, CFTV and all security systems, civil (earthworks, drainage, access roads, foundations, support buildings), mechanical assembly and electrical works.

• Economic/financial solar models’ basic knowledge.
