Descrição da Vaga: about the roleMissions
- Define team’ objectives, performance reviews, training needs and manage the roster for continuous operations support.
- Organize sharing and capitalization between team members.
- Foster effective communication and transversal collaboration on interlocks processes with other departments, in particular foster DevSecOps way of working and fluidity from design to operation processes.
- Ensure that team members will strongly contribute to the product organization (DevOps approach).
- Manage global virtual teams and projects in a complex/uncertain environment (transformations, multicultural, high level of expertise).
- Monitor and Develop performance within Operations including interlocks with other departments and external suppliers, by relying on continuous improvement and innovation, such as promoting more automated and efficient process, and others.
- Manage technical escalation and lead technical crisis bridge aiming quickest and best solution to our customers.
- Telco Cloud Build and Run also maintain continuous commitment/interlocks with service layer counterparts (like Voice, Mobile, CDN, etc.) in OB, OW and partners to ensure safe adoption of new technology and features..
- It manages technical/operational/process convergence and capitalization for all products.
- It is responsible of the product automation and its ecosystem (Cloud Runner, CI/CD…) for the whole lifecycle and also be Business Owner/Business Analyst of SOM IaaS developed by OINIS IT.
- It ensures customers commitment are respected in terms of SLA, Incidents Resolution timelines, Maintenance Notification and also harmonize Telco Cloud Operations practices with Operations and other organizations.
