Descrição da Vaga: We are looking for a HR Case Manager who is passionate about influencing and impacting high growth and dynamic businesses through effective management (both proactive and reactive) of employee and manager related activities. This person will be a member of the HR Services team accountable for managing cases across multiple organizations. A significant component of this role will also involve working with HR Services and CoE programs to develop, design, implement end to end workflows and ensure the management of regional processes and solutions.This role requires a consultation, problem-solving, and a programmatic approach to drive consistency in processes & services aligned to policies. - Maintains and updates employee record database; enters data and reviews data input to ensure accuracy; identifies and reports discrepancies or issues in data administration to senior team members or team lead.
- Troubleshoots and reports issues or risks related to data integrity, security, and privacy and recommends needed fixes; works with team members to identify relevant factors related to the issue; protects data privacy and adheres to confidentiality requirements; performs planned data audits, as needed.
- Reviews own performance metrics target and identifies opportunities for improvement; shares input and raises opportunities for improvement to manager.
- Participates in the implementation of new policies or processes by sharing input and/or suggestions based on employee feedback.
- Reviews documents and reports related to employee records in Human Resources processes (e.g., new hire on-boarding, compensation, termination) and verifies their accuracy; participates in information-gathering sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Documents and updates processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content as requested in a timely manner; provides input for change on knowledge base content to the team lead.
- Contributes to the creation of training materials on how to use Human Resources shared services, platforms, and tools for employees and managers; learns the end-to-end service model.
- Supports employees and managers by responding to inquiries and performing transactions; addresses inquiries by researching policies and procedures as needed; triages inquiries to the appropriate queue.
Qualifications:Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field and 2+ years work experience in HR operations, HR, or related field * Fluent English and Portuguese language skillsPreferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to customer queries
- Consulting – The skill to influence others, develop and maintain working relationships, and deliver results and/or expertise for a client in a professional manner.
- Have proven experience in managing HR processes with different stakeholders, being able to problem solve and think of scalable solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to and update Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices.
- Knowledge of human resources (HR) industry terminology, technology, research, and practice. This includes knowledge of HR operating environments, issues, trends, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and any applicable software.
- Possess initiative & drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.
- French language fluency
