Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Partners Sales Operations Sr. Manager for our Partner Ops team in São Paulo, BrazilWellhub Partnerships Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Strategy & Performance Manager to partner with our Wishlist leadership in all regions (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to crack the most important strategic topics of our Sales Funnel. You will help to drive efficiency and sustainably grow our business. You will be responsible for (i) executing and scaling planning processes (e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, HC planning, creating reports etc), (ii) building a scalable portfolio management solution (identifying Wishlist partners and prospects and defining balanced portfolios for each executive) and (iii) defining variable compensation model, targets and attainment.YOUR IMPACT
- Establish working relationships with Commercial leadership, and other cross-functional teams
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance
- Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity
- Manage the CRM (Salesforce) as well as other commercial tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities
- Develop strategies to increase relevance with our Partners
- Design our long-term data needs to build more impact oriented OKRs
- Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning

WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
- Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
- Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
- Concise communication: Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM
