You will be instrumental in driving Sinch’s growth in LatAm by expanding our network of partners and leveraging those relationships to drive innovation and deliver advanced solutions to our customersRequirements:Key Responsibilities· Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive growth in the region· Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with technology companies· Maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential partners, negotiating agreements and contracts that benefit both parties· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to align partnership initiatives with the company’s business and strategic objectives· Develop partnership programs and initiatives that promote company’s products and services· Monitor and analyze partnership performance, assessing return on investment and identifying areas for continuous improvement· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our network of contacts· Stay updated on industry dynamics and market trends, identifying potential opportunities and/or threatsQualifications and requirements:· Fluent English and Advanced Spanish· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.· Proven experience (10+ years) in partnership development at a technology company or in a similar role· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners· Strategic thinking and problem solving skills· Ability to identify and create innovative partnership opportunities· Strong understanding of and partner ecosystem· Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, effectively navigating and collaborating at all levels of the organizationBenefits:Benefits.
