Descrição da Vaga: Professional | Full-Time | EngineeringFrontend Engineering & Technology (FE&T) LATAM Team represents the corporate Product & Technology organization in the regional business unit of Latin America. Our main responsibilities center around technical contracting and value engineering, wind resource and loads assessment, grid modeling and electrical interfaces, product market strategy and product integrity management.The Product Market Strategy team represents the interface between regional and global teams as well as external stakeholders on product market strategy topics such as market requirements, use cases landscape modeling and product roadmap, making sure that Vestas has the right products and solutions to stay ahead of competitors in the LATAM region.Responsibilities:

• Support Region’s use case landscape across commercial and technical aspects, mid and long term

• Support on describing Region’s product and service needs with full lifecycle and customer perspective

• Be part of product roadmap candidates shaping in collaboration with Global Product Market Strategy and feedback the Region with solutions

• Promote creation of Region’s Use Case database to quantify climate, market, logistic, and other critical factors that shape future product design

• Evaluate and benchmark customer project needs and competitor offering

Qualifications:

• Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical or similar) combined with commercial insight/interest

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Understanding of wind energy resource assessment is desirable

• More important than formal education is the willingness and motivation to learn. This is a role that requires technical, commercial, and stakeholder engagement experience.

• Willingness to embrace and promote Vestas’ commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
