Descrição da Vaga: Job Description:We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency. This role will focus on account territory maintenance, report creation and analysis, cloud consumption sales support, sales processes support, and sales incentive and compensation knowledge and support.Responsibilities:Main responsibilities are:
- Account Territory Maintenance: manage and maintain accurate sales territory assignments and account data and ensure alignment with sales strategy and goals
- Report Creation and Analysis: develop and maintain reports to track sales performance, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Cloud Consumption Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand cloud consumption patterns and opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to support sales daily processes aligned with region strategies.
- Sales Processes Support: help sales teams to execute sales process as creating new opportunities, quotes, booking new deals in the systems, etc
- Incentive and Compensation Knowledge and Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand incentive and compensation metrics and targets. Provide support and analysis to ensure accurate and timely payment of sales incentives
- Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
Qualifications:
- experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, charts)
- Experience with CRM/Sales Force systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Oracle Data Visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of sales incentive and compensation principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in different levels (from operational to strategic)
- Spanish and English are a must
