  • Responsible for leading the Pricing area, ensuring excellence and delivery, optimization of resources and team development.
  • Responsible for leading a standardization of pricing processes in different business units, with clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Implementation of Pricing Policies and Discounts, in all categories and channels of the company, aiming to drive the customer network to support pricing strategy, volume and profitability.
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring (Structured and Unstructured Data) to support Pricing Management and strategy definition.
  • Develop new Pricing models considering taxes and chain tributes in order to maximize the financial return and develop new business models.
  • Analysis / Price Evolution by Customer, Region and Competitors, aiming at the correct positioning of the products in the market.
  • Support the Category Management area in the studies and definitions of product positioning and competition to ensure the correct introduction of new items in the portfolio, as well as adjustments and corrections in the current portfolio.
  • Lead the pricing committee together with executives from other areas of the company, aiming to drive value generation strategies for the company (Margin management, Transfer pricing, tax optimization, channel management, etc).
  • Establishing partnership with the Finance area for structuring and monitoring reports to support decision making (Gross to net).
  • Interaction with the Commercial Team for correction and adjustments of deviations.

Qualificações:

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Influence without authority looking for implementing best practices.
  • SAP intermediate in order to manage pricing conditions and cross againts pricing platform.
  • English: advanced.
