• We are looking for a Data Analyst who will support our client with its digital transformation.
• The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization as well as create beautiful reports and dashboards.
• They must have strong experience with data analysis, transformation and visualization.
• They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights.
• They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
• The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
• Data management: Ensuring the availability, quality, and security of data used for analysis and modeling.
• Data analysis: Investigating and interpreting data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
• Data transformation: Develop data flows (ETLs) using Alteryx (or other available tools) integrating multiple sources.
• Data visualization: Create meaningful and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business growth.
• Communication: Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JS, C#, VB, Python etc.).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), preferably with Alteryx.
• Experience with data visualization (Power BI, DAX, Power Query).
• Relational Databases (preferably Oracle, PostgreSQL and MSSQL).
• Previous experience with financial data and ERP, mainly with SAP.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team member.
• Ability to work in agile environments.
