The work we do here matters.Department Overview As a tools developer on the Development Enablement tools team, you will help us build a world class software development environment which provides a developer experience that the very best talent is proud to work with. You will design, develop and operate tools, automation frameworks and simulators that will enable our global distributed development teams to develop and validate hardware and software products more efficiently, cost effectively and securely.Job DescriptionDesign, develop and operate developer tools, services and simulators to facilitate testing of software and hardware products.Design, develop and improve our test automation infrastructure’s reliability, scalability, performance, and repeatability of setup & deployment.Define, deploy, document, and manage organizational processes, practices, and configurations.Conduct peer reviews of code for adherence to coding standards and design guidelines.Work with product development teams to recommend best practices when using our services, troubleshoot issues and identify missing features.#LI-DR2Basic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent experience.3+ years of hands-on programming experience (C#, Python, powershell or similar languages).Experience with software development practices and tools (eg.
